1. The registration fee of $ 100 per family is non-refundable and is included in school fee.
- 2. The fee for the school must be paid by 31 July (table 1). After July 31 the fee is slightly higher (table 2).

- 3. The deadline to pay school fees will expire on September 30, 2010.
- 4. Students whose parents did not settle the total amount due for school by September 30, 2010 will be stricken from the list of students.
- 5. Students whose parents did not settle the outstanding school fees for the 2009/10 school year will not be registered for the 2010/11 school year.
- 6. Fee for checks with insufficient funds is $ 30
- 7. For the safety of students, parents are required to perform duty hours during the school year. Lack of fulfillment of this obligation will entail a penalty of $ 30 at the end of school year.
- 8. Documents needed for registration (to inspect):
Brith Certificate of the student (preschoolers) Insurance policy from ZPRKA - PRCUA (if owned by the student) Certificate from previous school (new students)- 9. In the event of resignation from the school:
before September 30, 2010 - refund of the fees minus the registration fee ($100)
before November 1, 2010 - refund half of the fees minus the registration fee ($100)
after November 1, 2010 - School does not return the fees .
- 10. Photos taken of students during school hours may be used for school needs (for example web site, newsletters, promotional materials, etc.).
